Teaching the youth in our ward's Sunday School has been a very rewarding and humbling experience for me. I thoroughly enjoy it! I am very excited to have the opportunity to teach the new curriculum Come, Follow Me and learn with the youth this new year. I was born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. Upon graduating from high school, I came to the United States to pursue a college education. By divine intervention, I landed in Provo, Utah and was introduced to the gospel of Jesus Christ. After a couple months of investigating the church and studying the scriptures, I decided to be baptized. It is one of the best decisions I made in my life. I graduated from BYU in Economics, then studied Business Administration and worked in Seattle and Taipei before my marriage to Jauming. We have been in the Atascocita area since 1995. In addition to speaking English, I also speak Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese. I like reading, running, listening to classical music, eating ice cream and traveling to different countries. Since receiving a Kitchen Aid Stand Mixer as a gift a few months ago, I enjoy making cookies now! I am very grateful for my calling as Sunday School teacher. It is a tremendous privilege and responsibility for me to teach our future leaders of the Lord's true church. I am looking forward to studying with the youth how to better follow our Savior, Jesus Christ. We will learn to apply and act with our gospel knowledge, and share the truth with our friends and neighbors. It will be a wonderful year of gospel learning!
